Yoga takers?

Is anyone interested in exercising one day a week at the town hall? If we get enough interest it would be possible to get a yoga instructor to come to Landaff once a week or every two weeks. Please call Debbie Brown to discuss interest and details. For a 5 session commitment, cost would be about $10 per class.

    Is that ten dollars per session, or for a commitment of five? Pay each time or in advance?

    I believe that is $10 a session for five sessions - no minimum attendees mentioned...
    My preference would be during the daytime but that may depend upon the instructor's availability and the groups preference...

    I'd be interested... but would depend on time / day (and whether its for the flexibility challenged among us)!
