Let's go skiing

Several people in town will be going skiing at Bretton Woods on Sunday afternoon, February 1. We will be taking advantage of the Grafton county discount they offer. It goes from noon to 4PM and costs $15. Make sure you have your driver's license with you. See you there!

Don't worry, we'll be back in Landaff in time for the Superbowl.

Landaff cheese is being aged

Although it is not their final recipe, the Erbs have made two batches of cheese that have gone to be aged. Doug and Deb have been adjusting their creation to have just the right salt content in it. The cheese will be ready in 90 days. One batch went out around the first week in January. The second was a week later.

The Planning Board has been busy

Check out the Landaff website and see what amendments are planned on the March ballot. There is a hearing on these items February 2.
