More house concerts

Greetings!

I trust everyone has been enjoying the summer months! We have been working hard here on the huge building project! It is far too fancy to call a barn and so we have decided to call it “the abbey.” When you see the main entry door, you will understand why. It is beautiful!

We have quite the line-up of house concerts for the next few months. Please mark your calendars. And take note that the October 20th concert featuring Martin Hayes and Dennis Cahill requires advance payment. You may remember they were here in May of 2014 and we collected money in advance. The reason for this is that these amazing performers don’t normally do house concerts. But they took a chance on us and were extremely pleased (We were as well!) A guarantee is required and so it is necessary for us to have commitments from those who plan to reserve. Thanks for your understanding. This was a sell out performance last year, so be sure to reserve in advance and send a check ASAP. All of the details appear below.

THE LINEUP

Tuesday, October 6th: Nashville based Michaela Anne Neller and her band

Tuesday, October 20th Music starts at 7:30 p.m. : Irish fiddler Martin Hayes and Chicago born guitarist Dennis Cahill

December (weekend date to be announced soon!)The Sweetback Sisters - a return engagement but this time they will present their “Country Christmas Singalong Spectacular!”

Soon I will have details on all of these concerts. For now, I will provide information on the Martin Hayes & Dennis Cahill performance.
